My love for design has its roots in traditional art. Ever since I could hold a pencil, I was filling sketchbooks, napkins, and pretty much any surface I could get my hands on. There was something magical about bringing ideas to life with nothing more than a few strokes of graphite or the smudge of charcoal. Those early days of experimenting with different mediums set the foundation for my creative journey, shaping the way I approach design today.

While I’ve explored many artistic avenues, I always find myself drawn back to the raw simplicity of graphite and charcoal. There’s a certain challenge in working with just black and white—finding depth, contrast, and texture without the crutch of color. I enjoy pushing the limits of shading techniques, blending traditional methods with my own unconventional approach. Whether it’s capturing intricate details or playing with bold, expressive strokes, I see every piece as an opportunity to problem-solve and think outside the box.

Traditional art isn’t just where I started—it’s a constant reminder of why I love creating in the first place. It keeps me grounded in the fundamentals while fueling my passion for innovation. Even as my work has expanded into digital design, I always come back to pencil and paper when I need to reconnect with the pure, tactile joy of making something from nothing.
