A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. This amount covers pre-session planning, travel, props, and any venue fees.
The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, your deposit may be forfeited.
Cancellations forfeit the non-refundable retainer.
If I, the Photographer, must cancel due to illness, emergency, or weather, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Travel within 20 miles of Whitsett, NC is included. A travel fee of $0.65 per mile will apply beyond that range.
Venue rental, parking, or permit fees (if applicable) will be included in your quote or invoice.

Edited digital images are delivered via Google Drive within the timeline outlined in your selected package (typically 7–14 business days).
The number of edited images included will match the chosen package. Additional edits can be purchased for an added fee.

I do not release RAW (unedited) files under any standard session.
If you wish to purchase full usage rights or original RAW files, this must be discussed before your session, and a buyout fee starting at $500 applies.
All images are copyrighted by Jennifer Johnson Photography/Jennifer Johnson Graphics. You are granted personal use rights only (printing, sharing online with credit). Commercial use is prohibited unless licensed separately.

You are hiring me for my style, editing, and creative vision. While I love working with your ideas, final images and editing decisions are at my discretion.
Requests for re-editing or raw images will not be honored unless previously agreed upon and paid for.

By booking, you agree to allow Jennifer Johnson Photography/Jennifer Johnson Graphics to use images from your session for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless you submit a written request opting out before your session date.

Please arrive on time and ready. Any delays may shorten your session without adjustment in price.
Children must be supervised at all times. You are responsible for the safety and behavior of all parties during the session.

Edited images are available for download for 30 days after delivery. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files.
I do not guarantee long-term storage of your images after that period.

I am not liable for loss or damage due to circumstances beyond my control (equipment failure, weather, etc.), but every reasonable effort will be made to deliver satisfactory results or reschedule.
